1. Shipping Destination & Zones

TripCart ships exclusively to addresses within Canada.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We believe in transparent pricing, which is why we offer simple, hassle-free shipping on all orders.

Shipping Cost: 100% Free Shipping on all orders across Canada (no minimum purchase required).
Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 working days (Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays).

⚠️ Please Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers. While we do everything we can to ensure your package arrives on time, delays can occasionally occur due to peak seasonal volumes or severe weather disruptions.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before they are dispatched.
Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
You will receive a notification email with tracking details as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment network.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to your inbox. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. TripCart cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for any additional costs to reship the item.
